6,641 PointsHow do I select all of the listed <li> items nested under the <nav> tag? document.querySelectorAll('nav > li');?
I'm working on task 1 of the final challenge in JavaScript and the Dom part 2. It is asking me to select all of the list items from an HTML file that appear in the <nav> area. I am having trouble figuring out what I am doing wrong. I've tried numerous variations of this code. Could someone help me understand? Thank you!
const navigationLinks = document.querySelectorAll('nav' > 'li');

Front End Web Development Techdegree Graduate 32,965 PointsThere's a few ways to go about this.
let navigationLinks = document.querySelectorAll('nav ul li a');
//or
let navigationLinks = document.querySelectorAll('nav a');

Full Stack JavaScript Techdegree Graduate 28,593 PointsThat worked, but why? Where can I find reference material to this? I am following the JavaScript track and I don't recall this specifically being referenced in any of the videos.
Where can I find documentation for this solution?
