C# C# Objects Encapsulation and Arrays Ternary If

public string Colored() { (value < 0) ? textColor = "red" : textColor = "green"; return textColor; }

It doesn't accepts the result. Gives a "Bummer!" and says "Did you include boolean expression to evaluate". I didn't understand the reasons.
