Hi there! There are a couple of errors here, and one of them is about placement and the other is about syntax. You're trying to call even_odd before it's defined. You should leave the even_odd function where it was in the beginning and add your code below.

In the second print statement, you have a syntax error because there's an extraneous period/full stop:

#You wrote

print("{} is odd".format.(num))

#It should be

print("{} is odd".format(num))

Note the removal of the period/full stop between format and (num).
