The i here serves as Array index, you have to retrieve the actual value using index lookup Array[i].

Also, don't put the semicolon ; at the end of this line for(i=0;i<temperatures.length;i++)

var temperatures = [100,90,99,80,70,65,30,10];
for(i=0;i<temperatures.length;i++)
  console.log(temperatures[i]);

Also, if you're getting any errors on file not being found, make sure you're redirecting your script source to the right place. Just a heads up. It seems like they must be in the same directory at this point.
