Inside Sales Representative

We are growing our team, looking for dynamic Inside Sales Representatives to lead our B2B efforts. Treehouse has created an amazing set of educational products people are passionate about. The next big opportunity is to partner with businesses and organizations that want to empower their staff to accomplish more by leveraging the Treehouse platform for learning & development.

You will be one of the early sales reps, helping the company expand from the consumer market to the business market. You will have a voice and the ability to impact the company growth and direction, and hence must be a self-driven, creative thinker that thrives in an entrepreneurial environment.

• Effectively represent the Treehouse value proposition, helping businesses understand our products and programs
• Manage a full sales cycle and employ full CRM methodology
  
• Research companies, create leads, and develop target accounts
• Drive and close target accounts to meet and exceed quotas
• Communicate effectively via phone, email, and in-person
• Travel: Minimal travel is required. (0-20%)

• 2+ years of SaaS/SMB sales experience
• Proven track record of consistent performance by both growing an existing client base and developing new relationships
• Up-beat, positive demeanor that must thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment
• Independent: Demonstrated organizational skills and thorough follow-through
• Strong desire to continually grow and learn
• BA or BS degree from a four-year university is a plus
