Marketing Manager - B2B

Overview

The B2B Marketing Manager will own the end-to-end management of Treehouseโ€™s enterprise acquisition program. This role reports to the VP of marketing and will work closely with fellow members of the marketing team and inside sales teams.

The manager develops, executes, and optimizes a clearly defined, cross-channel marketing plan to acquire new enterprise customers for Treehouse. The successful candidate must be an organized self-starter; the marketing team works in a very fast-paced environment with needs and goals often changing quickly based on performance. The ability to adapt to rapid changes is a must. The manager will be an early hire on a growing marketing team at an innovative company that is primed to scale.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute against an iterative testing pipeline of digital and offline marketing channels, including content, display, tradeshows, and SEO, to acquire new enterprise customers

  • Collaborate with the other members of the marketing team to to deliver focused marketing messages across existing paid and owned channels, including: paid search, affiliate, PR, and social media

  • Work closely with inside sales team to identify and target the most profitable categories of enterprise clients Partner with VP to develop and refine targeting, positioning, and branding of B2B products

  • Constantly monitor key competitors and share insights across the team Develop and utilize channel-level dashboards to drive optimization decisions

  • Utilize exceptional project management skills to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

  • May occasionally travel domestically

Qualifications

  • Requires 4-6 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in a SaaS and/or subscription business

  • Demonstrated skills in launching, scaling and optimizing new B2B acquisition programs, Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce

  • Very strong analytical skills, with deep experience using Google Analytics

  • Motivated self-starter with a sense of ownership.
