Beginner Swift Track Trailer1:07 with Pasan Premaratne
Despite being under five years old, Swift has raised to the top
of the programming language charts and is a great choice of language for the future.
Originally designed by Apple solely for iOS, watchOS, and macOS development,
Swift was made an open source language, which means it's now available for
Linux programming in web development as well.
We've designed this track for anyone new to programming in general, or
just new to Swift.
It requires no prior programming experience at all,
even if you've never written or seen a line of code before.
This track is also great for anyone who knows another programming language but
just wants to check out Swift.
We get you up to speed in programming fast, with simple and
fun exercises that we work through together, step-by-step.
In addition, you'll have opportunities to try out what you
just learned on your own and get immediate feedback during code challenges.
Our goal is to not only teach you the Swift language, but
also to help you learn how to think like a programmer.
You're in the right place if you've been looking to start programming.
Let's get coding.
