You can also add the actual underlying data for your chart to the chart itself.
That is what data tables are.
So, let's click on the chart again,
go to Design > Add Chart Element > Data Table.
Let's put it at the bottom.
So let me make this a little bit bigger, too, for you.
I don't see this used very often, but it can be helpful,
particularly if you are going to be asking people to take action or
do analysis based on the charts you're presenting.
I tend to see these used more in academic papers than in business presentations.
You could also just share the data as a separate spreadsheet with your colleagues.
Or add it as a appendix to your presentation.
It totally depends on the situation.
My personal view is that adding data tables to charts
can tend to make it more busy.
And that's why I personally shy away from it.
That said, there are situations where it is appropriate to use it, so
we cannot rule them out completely.
