Install Bootstrap Shortcode Plugin1:28 with Zac Gordon
In order to make using Bootstrap markup easier from the content editor we will install a Bootstrap shortcode plugin.
Our navigation working, we can move on to coding out all of
the actual templates that we're going to want to have for this theme.
However, before we do that, we're going to install the Bootstrap Shortcodes plugin.
This Plugin will help us later on make
even more customized pages and layouts for our site.
We're looking for Bootstrap Shortcodes, the
one that was forked from DW Shortcodes.
And if you decide to use a different one, make sure
that it works with Bootstrap 3, otherwise it will break your site.
We'll install this.
And then once it's installed, if we come under pages.
And we go into any one of our pages, we could see that we now have really helpful
and useful shortcodes that we could use, to easily have access to Bootstrap
markup, directly within our content area, in the form of short codes.
We're not going to do anything with this now, but we will come back to it later.
So it's important that you have this installed, and ready for use.
