Things to Consider
- Is the branding for your company consistent across your website, social networks, and other online messaging?
- What are some adjectives you would use to describe your company? Your competitors? How are they similar or different?
- How many different people publish content to your various websites or profiles online? Is there a common voice or tone to all of your online messaging?

A family vehicle needs to be reliable and safe
while a muscle car needs to be powerful, sleek, and irresistible.
So how do you want users to think of you?
If your company was a person, would you be the rebel, the creative genius,
the wise oracle, or the voice of the people?
Authenticity is important.
You don't want to confuse or alienate your audience with mixed messages,
especially messages that conflict with the way they currently see you.
Determining your identity and personality helps create your voice
and establish the story behind all your marketing efforts
from slogans to logos, including the content you'll write for your products and services.
