Color, Range, and Intensity8:09 with Nick Pettit
In addition to a light's Transform, lighting is generally calculated using the light's color, range, and intensity. Out of all the settings on the light component, these three impact the look and feel of a scene the most.
- Using Lights - This section of the Unity Manual provides a broad description of basic light settings, such as color and intensity.
- Light Reference - This section of the Unity Manual provides a reference for all the settings on the Light component.
- Lighting in Unity - Project Files - This is a zip file that contains the Unity project for this course. Download the file, unzip it, and then in your file browser (Finder on OS X and Exporer on Windows) navigate to Lighting in Unity > Assets > _Scenes. Finally, choose the scene you'd like to open.
