Receiving Constructive Feedback1:21 with Hope Armstrong
Listen to examples of constructive feedback and see how to identify actionable feedback so you can improve your work.
The ability to handle feedback is a key skill of a UX designer.
In this workshop,
I'll show examples of feedback you may encounter throughout your career.
Then I'll provide my recommendations for how to respond.
If you'd prefer to ponder your response to these, feel free to pause the video and
reflect on it.
Constructive feedback is the best because it's thoughtful and actionable.

Awesome, this feedback points out what I did well, and explains why my design
decisions are successful, according to the design school.
Now, here's an example of construction, negative feedback.
I noticed there's a typo in the word success.

Also, please update the headlines to use title case,
per the brand's writing guidelines.

which I'm glad were caught before shipping this to production.
