31,206 PointsJust got the first badge! Good idea for a series, and it looks like the next two badges deal with more specific examples.
While UX often draws from traditional marketing ideology, I think more and more you're seeing people being a lot more "philosophical" about it. It's all about crafting more Quality into a product. Which makes UX really hard to define, let alone teach.
Sometimes, it's all about the little touches, things people don't or aren't supposed to even notice.
When you clear browsing data for Safari in iOS, the buttons are grayed out after using them. If you do the same thing in iOS-Chrome for example, the buttons stay active after use (with no visual indicators) -- "was the data clearing successful? guess I'll do it again in case it didn't work...".
