A Walk Through iOS Adaptive Layouts / Classes

I've seen a lot of people, including myself, ask about how to understand and use iOS adaptive layout and classes. To my knowledge Treehouse doesn't have tutorial on this yet, or maybe they do and I just need to be enlightened... So here's a link to a great walkthrough.
