Heroku install issue

I just installed Heroku on Win7, but when I run the Heroku cmd I get...

'heroku' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

Ideas?

Generally, I've found, that just closing and reopening a windows terminal after installing/updating a command line interface will solve such issues. Total reboot not needed.

The terminal just needs a reset to get the new PATH updates.
