New Java Track (and updated Android Track)

Craig Dennis released his 3rd Java course today and, as a result, has a shiny new Learn Java track. He will be adding more courses to it, but as a result, I have now removed the Java courses from the Android track and am recommending this new Java track as a prerequisite. If you already know Java, then hop right into Android. Otherwise, get familiar with the language and then use it to build apps. :)

I'm not learning android but I looked at the android track and I think that the preview needs an up date and a notification should be placed at the top so students who join and don't see this post will know to take the java courses. Just an idea.
