Oh no! Communication Problem

I just signed up for the free trial and each code challenge is giving me an error:

"Oh no! There was a communication problem."

I have tried multiple browsers and I'm obviously still connected, so what's the deal?

Same issue here. I contacted support about it but have not heard back from them yet.

Hi all,

Thanks for bringing this up, it was an earlier student report that tipped us off to start looking.

As it turns out, there was an issue with one of our service providers this morning that was preventing the challenge responses from making the full trip. It looks to be fixed now, though we're continuing to monitor for any remaining issues.

In general, if you're having a problem with a feature of the site, it's a good idea to check out our status page, where we'll be sure to mention anything we know to be impacting students. If you're experiencing a problem and it's not listed on the status page, you can contact our support team by following the link in the sidebar.

Honestly, this problem happens quite randomly and quite often. Happens on multiple computers, on multiple browsers at any time of the day.

It's really quite aggravating.

Still having issues today as well. Treehouse...can we get this resolved. Very frustrating as I was getting right into my zone in the course, now I'm troubleshooting how to fix this. Time is money as they say....

Having the exact same issue.

The status of the website is marked "operational" I've tried in multiple browers (without extensions/plugins) and multiple os'. Still no joy.
