Treehouse Plugins?

After seeing a lot of people asking for different features I wonder if Treehouse could maybe add the ability for us to develop plugins to use on the site? We would be able to test our skills and coding ability, generate an audiance of users easily, and they would recieve new features to brag about without needing to write them up themselves.

Wow thanks so much!

No problem! I hope they'll answer.

Me too! I feel like it would help everyone a ton!

I don't work for Treehouse, however my own personal opinion is that it's unwise to encourage new developer to write plugins to be used by tens of thousands of users (the Treehouse user base).

I think you need to learn to walk before you run on the track team.

It would be optional. Someone can not force you to use a plugin. If it works it will be used. If it doesn't it won't be. Treehouse teaches them to walk but everyone needs a chance to prove they can run on the track team. Treehouse could provide push to get started.
