Workspaces hang on launch

Hi - I'm unable to open a workspace in either Chrome or Safari on my Mac. The Workspace window appears and shows the loading spinner, then shows a timeout error. Has anyone else seen this?

Yep I believe I've heard other people mention this. Tagging Jim Hoskins on this one.

Here's the console log for the launched window: (the last log entry repeats every few seconds)

I received an email from Jim Hoskins (thanks, James Barnett), and he asked if I had Cisco AnyConnect VPN installed...and, coincidentally, yes I do. He also gave me a workaround for it:

That said, I was using Adobe Brackets while the support team looked into it, and it's basically the same thing as Team Treehouse's workspaces. It's also a good (free) code software package for beginners, I'd say, and with it being open source, you can really customize it to your own needs and it can become more sophisticated as you become more sophisticated. I recommend it anyway.

Hope this helps.

So glad I saw this. Was so frustrated trying to work out why Workspace wouldn't load on Safari, Chrome or Firefox, after multiple cache flushes and restarts.

I saw this post, uninstalled Cisco AnyConnect VPN & Workspace loaded instantly. Thanks!
