Bummer! I do not see the flavors set properly. WHY?!

Why am i getting the error message mentioned above? I seem to be doing everything as its supposed to be. And why does it say flavors is not set? Where did that S come from? When i change $flavor to $flavors, it tells me to remember that single equal is to set.

index.php
<?php
 $flavor = "cookie dough";

echo "<p>Your favorite flavor of ice cream is ";
echo $flavor ;
echo ".</p>";
if ($flavor == "cookie dough"){
echo "<p>Randy's favorite flavor is  cookie dough, also!</p>";
}
?>

<?php
 $flavor = "cookie dough";

echo "<p>Your favorite flavor of ice cream is ";
echo $flavor ;
echo ".</p>";
if ($flavor == "cookie dough"){
echo "<p>Hal's favorite flavor is cookie dough, also!</p>";
}
?>
