I can only get xcode 3.2.6. Will i still be able to follow along with that version?

I have two imacs (2006)that 'can't' be upgraded to 10.8. in order to get the latest xcode software. How different are the two?

You should be ok for some of the courses here but as treehouse adds swift into the IOS course you will need to upgrade.
