Ruby Rails Routes and Resources A Route to a Read Action Linking to Model Objects

list of all pet

Embed a link in this template's output using the link_to method. The link text should say "List of all Pets", and the link path should be "/pets".

app/views/main.html.erb
<% @pets.each do |pet|%>
<%= link_to pet.name, "/pets/"%>
<% end %>

Hi there,

You don't need to create the loop here, just a link_to with some text for the hyperlink, "List of all Pets", then the path to route to, "/pets".

That would look like:

<%= link_to "List of all Pets", "/pets" %>

I hope that helps,

Steve.
