The transcript and captions have an error, what he actually says is "...which you'll often hear called FIFO." He pronounces it "fee-foe" and it's just an acronym (abbreviation) for "First In, First Out".

You may want to report the error to the Support folks, they might be able to fix the captions and transcript, and it might get you an "Exterminator" badge. :beetle:
