You mention in the video, you don't need to export this icon as the developers would do it. How would they create it?

Also, the coloured rectangles that were shrunken to a small width. How would the developers stretch them wider?

Without getting into specifics as its more of a development area, the plus icon is one of a few images that can be called upon by a developer. They can also determine its colour in code.
