public int getRemainingCharacterCount() { return MAX_CHAR - text.length(); } What is the syntax error here?

keep getting a syntax error for this line, what is it?

Tweet.java
public class Tweet {
  private String text;
  public static final int MAX_CHARS = 140;

  public Tweet(String text) {
    this.text = text;
  }

  public String getText() {
    return text;
  }

  public void setText(String text) {
    this.text = text;
  }
  public int getRemainingCharacterCount() {
    return MAX_CHAR - text.length();
  }

  }

you are doing great!!! just using MAX_CHAR instead of MAX_CHARS

public int getRemainingCharacterCount() {
    return MAX_CHARS - text.length();
  }

I don't do java, but I think

return text;
text.length();

should be

return this.return text;
this.text.length();
