Raise an exception

me and my friend can' get this we have watched the videos several times and get it can anyone help.

suggestinator.py 
def suggest(product_idea):
    try:
        return product_idea + "inator
exept ValueError: 
    print("oh no, not a valid value")

This doesn't help. We still haven't solved it.
