Cheers

The link takes me to a short password page that doesn't have a vertical scrollbar.

You're going to have to link to a different page I'm guessing. Furthermore, what browsers have you experienced this on, and what are their versions?

Please refresh the link now..

It stays at the top for me as expected. Using firefox on windows.

Are you saying that the page goes to the bottom and stays there?

I think he's saying that when you load the web page, or refresh it, it jumps to the bottom. It's doing this for me, and I'm using Chrome. Disabling JavaScript didn't fix it either :/ 100% clueless as to what the issue could be.

Yes. i've also tested in IE and firefox and its working fine. But in chrome, after loading it scroll down to bottom footer . i need to scroll it to top after loading which is the issue :(

Did you lock it down again?

I was only able to verify that it is happening in chrome for me too. It goes to the bottom and stays there and the page also doesn't seem to fully load. The loading icon seems to keep spinning.

I've to lock it down Due to some reason. Sorry Jason Anello . I'll try to find a solution and once I've it then I'll post it here.

Thanks

This is the page it links to.

Yeah, maybe it's the wrong page. Not sure why the url had to be shortened.

Not an urgent issue if they took the time to compress the link. ...or... Such an urgent issue that they forgot to include a password.

Kindly refresh the page now.. the store is not yet live for sales.so i keep storefront password. Sorry !
