Check this post and this post. They both explain binary to decimal more thoroughly.

Pleeeaaaase check those posts and don't ignore them! They will really help you understand.

The answer is 7 because:

2^2 + 2^1 + 2^0  =
4 + 2 + 1 =
7

Also, reviewing the videos are a good idea if it's still confusing to you.

I think you mean "binary to decimal"
