1st and 2nd notifications loads before body of page?

I believe the code is the same as the video, but the 1st alert loads, followed straight away by the second (from within HTML file) THEN the body loads. Can anyone spot my error?

<!DOCTYPE html> <html lang="en"> <head> <meta charset="utf-8"> <link rel="stylesheet" href="css/main.css"> <title>JavaScript Basics</title> <script> alert("here's another message from Treehouse"); </script> </head> <body> <div class="container"> <h1>Where to place your JavaScript code.</h1> </div> <script src="scripts.js"></script> </body> </html>

What makes you think there is an error?

The scripts are being executed while the page loads. This seems normal.
