1st project in Front End Dev Track

I have managed to get the background image to stay centered, but the profile image and the captions under it do not stay centered at all when I go to change the browser to a smaller size.

I have googled for an answer, tried looking at stack overflow, css tricks but I wasnt able to find anything that would work.

if someone could point me in the direction to some documentation to get this worked out I would be grateful.
