3D Moving Molecules Effect - Any clue how to do this ?

Hey Guys,

I'm currently working on my Bootstrap Skills, and I stumbled across this website (http://www.crit-research.it/). They have this really neat 3D moving molecules effect but I couldn't find what language or app they use.

The most I could find is a language called Parallax. Any idea on how to implement something like that on a website ?

You could create a similar effect using SVGs and CSS transformations. There is a course on Treehouse about styling SVGs on your site.
