PHP Enhancing a Simple PHP Application Cleaning URLs with Rewrite Rules Introducing Rewrite Rules

403 Forbidden on shirts.php Rewrite rule but the others work.

So I'm getting a 403 error on both the shirts.php and shirt.php rewrite rules for this segment. All the later rewrite rules are working fine for me and I'm wondering if it's because an index.php isn't set in this folder? If I go the the URL directly by typing the filename/extension it works fine for shirts.php.

Do I need to configure something on my server for this to work?
