Learn frameworks like bootstrap, makes responsive design a breeze. learn sass, photoshop, and illustrator.

Since you have jquery and css down. Should be easy task. I highly recommend familiarization with sublimetext and emmet. sublimetext and emmet will make your life a whole lot easier. Brackets and code are also very good text editors.

Sorry not OP but, I was using Sublime and found Brackets to be far superior, is there anything I'm missing out on by not using Sublime?

Yep I actually use bootstrap already and Sublime and Sass. I plan on doing the Design track next.
