80% of photo?

I inserted a picture and clicked on it to find the edit button. my button looked different from the one n the video and didn't give the that scale to make it various percentages lower. I'm using OnePirate theme, does that have anything to do with it?

I don't have the % option either. My guess is that the version of Wordpress Zac is using is a little older. Things get updated and options come and go. I've also noticed my buttons look different than his, which makes me think it's a version issue.

I am agree with Stephen Emery ,that WordPress version is the reason for that .....
