A picture worth a thousand words!!!!!!

does anyone know what would cause a portion of an image not to show up, one of my pictures keeps getting distorted around the bottom half. I am wondering if its in the file.

Could be a corrupt image file. Does it show up if you drag the original file right into a browser window?

Okay...I am using default pics now...however its not consistent sometimes its distorted sometimes it goes away when I close and re open browser....so I thought it was the format or the file
