A question about Sublime Text 2

Hey guys,

I just started watching Build a Simple Website/Creating a Website Structure/CSS Reset/ about 50 seconds into the video. He opens up Sublime Text 2 and there's a side bar that has Folders on it, along with Web, css, and ing. Can someone tell me how to enable/open up this part of Sublime?

Just drag a folder into it.
