A Treehouse Workspace Alternative with Comparable Functions?

Hello,

I really like the design and functions of Treehouse's Workspace. Are you aware of any alternative program for desktop that has comparable functions and program lay-out? Do you have any recommendation for an efficient, easy-to-use html/css editor?

If your looking for an editor then I highly recommend Sublime Text 3, has package control and plenty of plugins to extend functionality.
