14,206 Pointsa Unique signature for Android App
Hi
We know that each user can download a purchased app on any device with his/hers account.
That's not important. What's important to me is that for each purchase, I want to accept only 1 email in my app.
How do you suggest I should do it?
Thanks

Treehouse TeacherGotcha - that makes sense, but I don't think it's possible. The only place that knows that those devices are tied to you is Google Play itself, and you can't access that data. As far as I know there is no way to have a newly installed app to know who you are. You need to sign in at least once on each device.

Treehouse TeacherLet me see if I understand your question first. I have a Nexus 5 and a Nexus 7. I can purchase and download your app one time for both devices. But you want me to provide one email for my Nexus 5 and then a separate email for Nexus 7? Is that correct?

You purchased my app and you can install it on as many devices as you want.
There is no sign-up or anything else...
I just want you to enter 1 email in one of these devices and the email entering section get closed in all devices and never open for your purchase ever again.
Is that clear now?

14,206 PointsActually I'm making this app for 2 local Markets:
- plazza.ir
- cafebazaar.ir
It won't be published in Google Play. will they give me such data?
Ben Jakuben
Treehouse TeacherSadly, no! They won't give out any data like that, not even if you were publishing on Google Play. Privacy concerns (which makes sense). That said, I think having the users log in once per device is totally reasonable as that's what all apps have to do.
