About a movie ticket booking website

I have started my college project as a movie ticket booking website. But when I tried to implement the database part, l'm stuck in the design of seat chart. I need the users to reserve their seats by selecting the seats displayed. I'm using php as technology. I need to know how to save the seat chart into database(MySql ). Please can anyone help me.
