I keep hearing that the best web hosts are not only cheapest in price, but also offer quick fast and reliable support. When would one need such support? The client wants to go with one really cheap web host in TCH hosting, should I comply or will I be the one struggling to fix the website's problems if their support is no good?

2,683 PointsI needed support for stuff like SSL certificates, domain forwarding issues, and SVG MIME type issues, the host wouldn't let me take care of it on my own so I had to rely on their support (which was okay). Support could get pretty bad on some of the cheaper hosts. You could end up waiting weeks for something that should only take hours to fix. I'd suggest Fatcow. I've used Fatcow and Hostgator. Fatcow yields a better customer experience and more control.
