About page not making changes when I change the responsive.css

I am following along with the lesson "Adjust the Profile Page and Header". When I make changes to the media queries in the file responsive.css to the about page and refresh my preview in the browser nothing happens. Whats up?

You've probably made a syntax error somewhere down the line, or messed made a common mistake with your file path. If you could screenshot your code using Gyazo (or copy and paste) I could be of more service.
