About page not showing up

I followed everything that was said in this video but when I refresh the page and click on the about page nothing changes there and it still looks like the index page. Does anyone have any idea what the problem may be? Thank you.

Can you post your code? There's maybe a problem with <link> tag or other things.

Make sure your anchor looks something like this: <a href="about.html"></a> The about.html file should be in the same directory as your index.html
