19,198 PointsHi!
You can use any editor that works with html. For example Atom or NetBeans.
Hope this helps!

3,682 PointsHi, as a text editor tool I used to use NetBeans but recently I fell in love with Visual Studio Code. It really makes me want to code as everything is quite simple (and beautiful!), so I would recommend you to try both. Brackets can be a bit problematic with PHP but also quite easy. But the top recommendation is definitely VS code.
