About using framework components

Hi guys,

I have something in mind that I am really curious of. Bootstrap and Foundation are open source frameworks right? It means we can use it in anyway we want but they are still under MIT license.

My question is, are we allowed to take a component of these frameworks, say I would like to use JUST the JS of bootstrap and use sass, compass and susy to build the rest of code.

Is this okay?
