Accent color still showing as blue!

Although i downloaded the ActionBar style with the modified colors, it is still showing with the blue (only the accent color) but everything else is good.

And another question .. when prompting the camera to open and the menu appears to choose from it, is the color of the selected option supposed to be purple also?
