Access Forbidden when accessing linked url for verification.

I'm getting an error, 403 code when attempting to access the verification/login screen, from the DesktopServer url link. I've tried with Chrome and Safari.

There can be a lot of reasons why you don't have local access anymore, I would suggest reviewing this site and see if one of the solutions helps. WP beginner
