According to the document android:layout_centerInParent="true" should do the job but why it isn't.

According to http://developer.android.com/reference/android/widget/RelativeLayout.LayoutParams.html I should just add android:layout_centerInParent to the XML but I can not pass the challenge with that. I wonder why.

This is because the challenge only accept the answer in the course. Even your answer is also correct. However, the challenge answer expect different.
