I have not been back on my account since it was paused and somehow I've been charged $50 for the monthly subscription 2 days ago, March 13th. I was recommended pausing my account rather than deleting it so i could keep my progress and not be charged the monthly fee. I would appreciate a refunding of the money ASAP.

Hey Trevor,

Sorry to hear man, the forums aren't a great place to resolve this though, it's mostly just us students, and while staff check in, it's easy to get lost in the see of other posts.

If you haven't already, I'd directly email help@teamtreehouse.com and ask that they take a look at your account status. It'll be the fastest way to get it resolved.
