Activating that little ruler tab in the bottom right corner to be width of browser in pixels

How do you get that little tab that appears in the bottom right hand corner when you resize the browser window? It gives you the width and height in pixels. In this something you can turn on in the Chrome preferences or is that some sort of third party plugin.

Thanks in advance for any and all help!

You can get that with a Chrome extension called Window Resizer.

Here's a link to it: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/window-resizer/kkelicaakdanhinjdeammmilcgefonfh?hl=en

Restart Chrome to get it to work. It's a handy tool!
