How to display the subtitles of a video on the web page, in other words, that all the text of the video appear on the web, but as the video progresses, it is bold where the video goes, as do Lynda, Pluralsight and Linkedin Learning?

243,318 PointsI think you may be talking about the transcript rather than the subtitles. This technique is called "active transcript", and there's an even fancier version called "interactive transcript" where you can click on a word or phrase and the video jumps to that point.
I haven't seen any tutorials on how to accomplish this, but I have seen it offered by third-party plug-in providers such as SubPly.
